Getting ready for the RED EYE!

Last week Ted and I made a trip to Georgia for his best friends wedding. It was such a blast, even though Atlanta was essentially drowning! We spent two days in Athens, which is Ted's home town. He showed me where he went to elementary school, middle school, high school, the homes where he lived, where he used to mountain bike. It was so special to see all of these things, but even more special because I could tell Ted was having a blast showing me these things. We spent some time with him mom, which was awesome! I am really loving getting to know his family!

Then we headed down to Atlanta for the rest of our trip. We stayed at the Palomar, which is an amazing hotel, brand new and very modern! (The service was amazing as well as the price! Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Atlanta!) We spent some time with some of Ted's best friends, went to a great wedding, and laughed a lot. Ted also showed me around Georgia Tech, and his stomping grounds in Atlanta. It was so cool to see! I even got myself a Georgia Tech shirt! It couldn't have been a better trip!!
