Last Monday was Ted's birthday. He wanted nothing for his birthday, and wanted to do nothing for his birthday. So I made him a little party at home. I made Halibut Florentine, and Quinoa pilaf, and a carrot cake, we had a candle lit dinner and with a glass of wine. It was a nice little celebration. And our chalkboard wall makes the BEST greeting card!
